You got a lot of SIVA products but the LTV'S are too high.

yes a lot of loans but many fundings. these are the hard ones. didn't have to list them all. the 11 were hard but the others closed plus 6 six from this list. these last 5 are SO difficult!

III: Have you tried DU? Try BB&T, too. They've got a High Score program that'll price off highest score. Better have the trades, plus the bells and whistles though.(Oops! Scratch that. 12 months seasoning. They talk real strong about that-no exceptions.) Hopefully, that news can help you w/another deal
