100% stated wage earner

I need a lender that will do 100% for a stated w.e. in CA, purchase, 620 mid...anybody have any ideas?

Why STATED? Does the customer have a material amount of other weird income they can't prove?

You can't expect commission based employees to discern right from wrong on a Friday at the end of the month. That just isn't fair.

Joking aside, I appreciate your thought provoking questions on both this board and on the Outpost. Having things done the right way is necessary in this industry if we expect it to thrive in the future.
