100% Purchase Loans

With DPA a thing of the past after october 1st, does anyone have lenders that will do 100% financing on purchases other than va and rural housing?

I haven't seen anyone offering 100% recently. Best I could come across was 97%

We have Ohio Housing Finance Agency here in Ohio. OHFA

They use an FHA or Conventional loan for financing and a Federal Grant for down payment...

Try searching and subsituting Ohio with your state. You might find something.

Try Rural Housing and see if the property is eligible. They will allow 102% on a purchase.

OHFA program is suspended that I mentioned earlier.
