My thought too...run thru DU/DO...try Flex first, then MCM.

DU will go well into the 60's for DTI, with compensating factors...like reserves, job time and a good FICO score. I've seen Approve/Eligibles with DTIs in the 65-66 range before! ...you should get 55% all day long.

If that doesnt work, then there must be something that you are not sharing!
