Im looking for a 100% N/O/O lender out there. I can complete the loan one of 2 ways.
1 with the money earner full doc fico=643
or 2. Stated with the wife fico= 759
Let me know if you have any ideas for me.

You could try Bay Capital, but I believe they need 680 Full Doc.

Aegis (Prime) does a 100% N/O/O Stated or Full Doc 620.

Stephanie this is why I cannot add you. We have Aegis and I have gotten exceptions in-house on our Mortgage Mover program. I tried again 2 weeks ago.

I told them you also have the 75% cash out refi with no appraisal seasoning N/O/O. I think the main issue was lack of approved states.

If you can claim it as a second home you can go to WMC with a 680 score
