100% ltv please help!
Is there anyone who can possibly do this deal? 678 fico one borrower 750 fico on co borrower full doc 466k sales price single family owner occ i am in new york

I just found a rep that can finance someone first time home buyer 100% LTV with a 612 FICO score. He "says" he can go up to 105% LTV. Let me know if you wan to give it a shot it can't hurt.
