100% LTV C/O Refi in MN

Hi Everyone,

I have a 673 mid score for the borrower and a 689 one score for the co-borrower. I need to go 100% LTV with C/O. Full doc, $145k, DTI is 35%. Loan is in MN.

Take your pick. There's a shorter list of who "won't" do it. What's the issue?

there is alot of lenders that will do it at 100 percent c/o
first franklin
countrywide bc
equifirst
aurora loan services
first bank mortgage
indymac bank
nations home lending
the list can go on and on lol

There is a lender who specializes in 30 yr fixed one loan no mi 100%

Try 'new state' mortgage.
