I am sorry I have no idea when or where it originated unfortunately. As someone said just use it as a reference for now, definitely not Gospel. Liverichly is probably right that someone from my company even "plaigerized" it at one point. :O

There were a couple .doc & .pdf files that were going around about the "threads" that were created. Shortly after keys posted the list I compiled one for my internal use - it's the same list that was posted earlier in this thread.
