100 List of Lenders

Here's a list of 100+ Lenders to help you with your loan scenarios. I'll keep this PDF file in my server for a while but I will delete it eventually so save it in your computer. I'd really like to keep this secret list for the MortgageBrokerLandian's only.

OK, now that I did you a favor... If any of you talk to these Lenders lets try to invite them to MBL so the future newbies can network with them as well. Can't always TAKE all the time... contribute to your community and you will be rewarded.

I don't think this is much of a secret. It looks a lot like the "newbie lender list" on another mortgage site. It's pretty cool though and really helpful.

Yes that list actually originated at my company and a customer who was always calling me asking for help asked if he could take a look at it, so I sent it to him because I was always referring him to different lenders anyway. So then I noticed someone referring to it on brokeroutpost and now it made its way here. Very nice.
