100% Finance for 1.3 and 1.9 3 Fam

Hello everyone...

The scenario is this.

1.3 million, 3 fam, owner occ, 675 FICO, stated verified, 100,000 and more in assets

1.9 million, 3 fam, owner occ, 696 FICO, stated verified, 100,000 and more in assets

Thanks, I think this is going to be very hard. It would've been possible with New Century if they weren't first time homebuyers. I'll keep trying, but if anybody hears anything, please let me know
