Actually what is the LTV?

Well, without knowing.... New Century Prime

Mortgage Mover 4mill @ 70%, 2 mill @ 75% and both allow CLTV of 80% -5% LTV for SISA, SIVA, No Ratio

Horizon 4 million 70% LTV and 100% CLTV, 1.5 mill 75% LTV 100% CLTV and minus 5% SIVA or No Ratio but 80% CLTV max.

Is that your solution?

Your looking at Super Jumbo lenders.

Depending on the LTV, preferalbly 85% or under full doc.

Try the following:

MonsterLoans
Luxmac
Lexington Financial
WLO

All will do cashout super jumbos at that loan amount
