This company has a reverse management mentality. Your manager works for you. His manger works for him. Now of course policy issues work the opposite and lack of production as well but if you are in a bad situation seek another opportunity.

There are plenty of places who will hire you. You are not isolated.

Food for thought. Some people need to see something like this to know what their capacity really is in this business.

One great note this particular person makes is she has a family and she lives every work day like it is the day before vacation. Get as much done as possible and as quickly as you can.

Some people slack off before a vacation. That reaps nothing positive!
