I am going to take a guess and say it is a Fannie Mae My Community Loan they are marketing. 6.5% has good margin to account for the fees.

If not then it still is probably linked to a geo track system and offered in certain counties and cities. I bet that no credit score requirement means a no score would be accepted with alt credit.

Then you still have to show 24 months of good payment history and no late pays. You might even have to pay off all collections or at least non-medical.

These types of programs are confomring ways to compete with FHA. I would suggest brokers who do not have FHA to try these types of programs out because hardly any brokers know about them.
