2.1million high LTV
I am currently working on a loan that could make me a butload of money if I can find a lender who will do a 670 mid stated 95LTV loan residential property. Countrywide, No red Tape, or most convential lenders will touch it. I have 3 apprasials but I understand that there will be a field review. Who will touch this.
