I've decided to open up FSBO3k.com to originators to try out the system free for three months. FSBO3k.com is a site I built based off my experience marketing to FSBOs, which is how I got my start in the mortgage business. The marketing system basically entails offering FSBO sellers something free in exchange for access to their buyers. With FSBO3k.com you can offer sellers a free listing on the site in addition to any "kit" you may compile for your area (we have a guide for creating a kit in our member's area, if that interests you). The site then helps you collect buyer leads when buyers view listings in your area.
