I was in the mortgage business from 1997 till 2003. I started as a telemarketer, became manager of the call center, became director of marketing, then L.O., then opened my own firm with two branches and not net branches. I went on a hiatus and now am back starting from scratch post divorce. A lot has changed and I don't have the resources I once had I'm a one man shop with a few resources. I'm in the office with a real estate firm and they will do whatever to assist me. In my career I only wrote three purchases, (refi-boom). I am open to any and all feedback on how do I do this all over again and what direction should I go in with these agents?
