You just sent me a PM saying you do between 65 and 90% LTV on Restaurants. Please let us know the requirements for 90% LTV on Restaurants. If you do these I may have 2 for you. Does this include the building only, or does it include the equiptment as well? What are credit and income requirements? Please post here on public thread for all to see. You may get others here interested as well.
