1). Go to Scotsman's Guide website and order their FREE residential paper magazine/publication that comes out once a month, have it mailed to your home. They've got some good articles in there, and inside it - for more than 3 decades - is a matrix on probably every lender with all their products, that way you can find wholesalers for the rest of your life an dnot just this one!
PS: I understand they also have an online page were past monthly magazine articles are published on it - check them out too (I wrote 5 for them earlier this year). Plus starting in January, they're going to have a TIP's Section - ya might just see somebody there you've heard of right here
