FHA 4155 guidelines in a nutshell:

1) They have to have a social security number
2) They have to be eligible to work in the US
3) If there is a history of work permit renewals the lender can assume the renewals will continue. If not they must determine the likelyhood of future renewals
4) BCIS employment authorization doc is required

Other than that standard guidelines.
