I'm new to the site, ran across it surfing the net. Glad I found it. I'm an LO who enjoys helping others. I just started this new career (a year in April) and it seems so many people tell you what you want to hear not what it really is. I've been going through brokers like they're going out of style. I am up front and tell them what I need and they say they can provide it for me and then they let me down and my clients. Currently, I have a guy whose loan was to close in December and here it is mid January and he is still in a hotel. I need some options, anyone have any suggestions?
