Hi- I wanted to shout out a quick hello to everyone. I have been in the industry for about 14 years in one capacity or another. I was employed by my current Broker to help him open two branches in PA. I manage both offices and currently have 12 LO's.
This has been a very difficult month for all of us. Trying to boost morale and build confidence with my newest LO's but seem to be running into a brick wall this month.
