I think you have a whole new way to drive the hot transfer lead program. Ask any salesperson which would you rather have, an inbound lead
(meaning the caller originated the call) or make a qualified outbound call...the caller generated inbound wins every time.
Smart of you to see the value in this in your campaign approach... you are ahead of the curve.
