1st time home buyer
I have a 1st time homebuyer with a 690 that is self employed that I need to go SIVA on. The problem is that I can not verify rent for the last 2 years. They have paid in cash with no record of the payments. Is anyone still writing for this type of buyer? Propety is in Florida.
