3 Scenarios if anyone can help

- 1 -
646 SIVA primary resident purchase price of 358,500 and 90% LTV. I understand it's hard to find any MI companies to insure this but figured I would try.

- 2 -
680 SISA primary resident cash-out REFI, 80-90% LTV, the more the better.

- 3 -
615 full doc 2nd home 90% ltv 110k loan amount. This is a stretch but who knows.
