I am direct to private hard money lenders who will do 50% ltv on
land deals of the "as is" appraised value or assessed value and up to
65% ltv on all other properties, Interest only. Rates are high but
they money quickly. Minimum loan size 200,000. SFR's MUST BE NOO.
Prefers the West Coast, but will consider other locations. The
investors LOVE Washington State!
