Well... this thread was once useful but considering the changes in the lending landscape over the last year I think it is time we let this outdated information fall off the front page. So, I'm retiring this thread and starting a new one. All you AE's who are still in business please feel free to come back and add your information to the new thread once it's up so we can get an updated group of information on what is currently out there.
