I know it's been awhile since you first posted this but welcome aboard. Sorry to hear about your mentor. All we can pray for is that he is doing eternity fixed rates on the mansions in the sky. Best advice I can give you is just be yourself with the realtors and such. If you don't know something say so. Trying to fake it, won't work. Most of them have been around for a long time and they know when someone is blowing smoke up their nose. Be who you are, they will respect you more for that.
