These are going to be mostly purchase leads so if you don't want or like that market these may not be for you. I love purchase leads because my wife is a Realtor and they make sense.
I have spoke with about 7-8 so far and have had decent success. I have two apps so far and one person knew she wouldn't qualify but she is going out with my wife tomorrow to look for a rental so not all bad.
Paul over at the company has been very easy to work with and communicates well. I had a couple of leads that were either disconnected or mobile homes and he had no problem replacing them.
I think that for the money they are quality leads. You are going to have your wood but you should also get a deal out of them. And for the price, one deal pays for a lot of these leads!!
