This loan would be @ 9.5 Percent on a 3/1 ARM Stated. Can still do up to 3x30 However affects the pricing.
Put the assets on the 1003 at time of submission and Underwriting doesn't ask for them unless we change them.
Next Day Approval. Full Package Docs in 3 days.
However if it is FTHB 85 percent Max under 660.
