(maybe) You need a team of LOs to work under you, posting on craigs list might help, but you do not want to just rely on that.
Also, tidy up on your current events- make sure you are with the program and that there aren't any real situations that really take you by sub prize. All in all it seems like you are not in such a bad position and hopefully everything will work out. That said I would also take erik's advice and close some really tough loans. The truth is that near the time I was leaving the first company I was with I, similarly, did close some tough loans for some high fees and this does get you respect amongst companies. I don't think you'll personally get a lot from the audios considering your experience but, any newbies that join suggest an audio or 2 a night to really boost their confidence and knowledge.
