The only thing I would warn you about is to check a 24 month history and see how much the price has increased each time it was sold. Also look for same last name transfers. These are situations that may cause a red flag and invoke the lender to feel the property is being flipped for more than it is worth.
However, I would just do it and I have only ran into this problem 1 time.
