Yes I did. He asked me if I could deliver his request and I could... then he said he doesn't pre-pay for leads. He's been in the lead business for quite some time even he requires his customers to pre-pay before he sends the leads.. but when its time for him to pay up, he backs down. I'm not too sure about Vince and I've heard the same from other lead vendors that I used to work with him. He doesn't have a good rep in this business.
BTW, who is Carlos?
