580, R/T,Full,12 mos statements, Private VOM
Looking for a subprime lender to do this mortgage broker's personal refi. This is an owner financed, borrs have been on title for over two years. Need lender that will accept current credit report from Total Credit Svcs pulled 11/30/2006. Full doc with 12 mos bank statements. Both borr's are self employed individually with own dbas and bank accounts. Does not share the same bank accounts. Both have dbas over two years.
Full File ready to close now! Must close by 12/30/2006
