I do feel that they do need to conduct themselves like they are running a real business meaning the proper licensing and insurance to protect themselves and the brokers they serve. It has nothing to do with the websites and the email addresses, yet if they are not willing to pay for a proper email address are they willing to pay for the licenses and insurance? Most people who will not pay to look professional will not do what is required to be professional. Since you have worked with PAMB, I am sure you have heard a few of the guest speakers at the seminars that state "get a professional and real email address, professional business cards, etc.". ATG approaches contract processing as a business, not a game. As professionals know that without the proper licenses and protection (insurance) you are putting yourself, your company, your client, the lender, and the borrower all at risk. "The Bells and Whistles" as so referred to are not bells and whistles they are proof we take what we do and what are clients do very seriously. Were in business to do business. | Uhh you might want to spend more money on a better website. That's gotta be the worst professional website I've been to. I'd never use a companies services with a website like that.
