How about this? I'm going to list the things WE DON'T DO

100% investor or second homes stated or full doc
foreign nationals
Loans to our approved brokers
100% for 500 to 579 FICO's
Mobile Homes
alternative credit
Stand alone seconds

We dont' do any of those. What we do do kicks butt! Here's a sampling:

100% STATED JUMBO NO tradelines, NO reserves, Private VOR 620 FICO

100% Combo, 600 FICO, FULL DOC, NO TRADES, Private VOR

Stated Fixed Income. YES. you can state social security.

Ignore coborrower credit. If coborrower under 500, use the income, put them on the application we DO NOT LOOK AT THE SCORE

I'm not putting anything else on here. It's too much and I'd rather have you call me, run the scenario and I'll tell you if it's doable. The devil is in the details and the more I know the better chances you have of closing the deal. SO CALL ME!
