    I would be very interested to have an update on the Graph of the Strength of the Real Estate Market . I found out over the Xmas holidays that my niece and her boyfriend want to buy a house in East Van.. They have been to several open houses .. My niece has a condo in the Main and 6 th area that they will sell.. Her and her boyfriend are both lawyers so they probably could afford a house even at these prices.. It would be nice to know what the graph of strength looks like these days.. I have been telling them to wait but perhaps some of the professionals could better advice..
