FHA Streamline Refi's are when you refinance an FHA loan with minimal requirements. Basically, as long as you are lowering the rate/payment and have had a clean payment history (no lates) you can refinance at a minimal cost and in very little time. Also, streamlines are rate & term only - no cash out or debt consolidation.

If you want more details on the requirements you could check http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/buying/streamli.cfm or ask around in the forums.

Could you provide some more detail about FHA Streamline Refi's, i.e. - What are they? Who do they benefit and how? and How do they work?
